Achieving certification is a significant milestone that demonstrates your organization’s commitment to quality, safety, sustainability, and continual improvement. Once certified by LSQA, you are authorized to use the applicable LSQA Certification Mark to communicate your certified status in accordance with our Certification Mark Rules.

The LSQA Certification Mark enables certified clients to promote their achievement while maintaining the integrity, credibility, and impartiality of the certification process.

Authorized Use

Certified organizations may display the LSQA Certification Mark on:

• Company Websites

• Corporate Brochures & Catalogues

• Marketing & Promotional Materials

• Letterheads & Business Stationery

• Email Signatures

• Company Vehicles

• Exhibition Stands & Banners

• Corporate Presentations

• Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Company Premises

The Certification Mark shall always clearly identify the applicable certification standard (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, ISO 45001).

Prohibited Use

The LSQA Certification Mark shall not be used:

• On products or primary product packaging.

• In a manner that implies product certification.

• On laboratory, calibration, or inspection reports.

• Outside the certified scope.

• After certification has expired, been suspended, or withdrawn.

• In any misleading or deceptive manner.

• In a way that may damage the reputation of LSQA or the certification system.

These requirements are consistent with internationally recognized certification practices.

Certification Mark Guidelines

To ensure consistency and protect the integrity of certification:

• Use only official LSQA Certification Marks supplied by LSQA

• Do not modify colors, proportions, text, or design elements

• Maintain clear visibility and legibility

• Do not separate or alter any part of the Certification Mark

• The mark should always appear alongside your organization’s name or logo

• References to certification must accurately reflect the certified scope and applicable standard.

Certified clients may download official Certification Marks for all applicable certification schemes from the LSQA Client Portal or request them directly from our Certification Department.

The LSQA Certification Mark represents certification of an organization’s management system or other certified scope. It does not indicate product certification, product approval, or endorsement by LSQA. Similarly, organizations must not use the ISO logo, as ISO develops standards but does not certify organizations or license its logo for certified clients.
